We are located at Palai Road, Opposite to Sheron Petrol Bunk, Near to Ashirvad cineplex, Thodupuzha, Idukki Dt.,Kerala.
What do AJV Architects do?
We are architects and urban designers, offering services related to architectural and urban design works. We do building, urban, interior and landscape designing with our own style, based on the preferences and needs of the clients.
Do you have Experience?
Principal Architect, Ar.Ajith Jose started his career as an Architect in the year 2014. After the completion of his post graduation he worked with a reputed firm for two years and founded the firm AJV Architects and Urban Designers in the year 2017 with a team of youngsters having brilliant professional skills in the field.
What style do you follow in designing projects?
We are open for different architectural design styles. Generally, we design projects based on the taste and preferences of clients. We always prefer unique projects custom designed for the client.
Do you do supervision of the projects?
We do conduct site visits and supervision as specified in our offer. We can employ good project management supervisors on client’s expense to execute the project in better way.
Can you design only elevation for us?
No, we don’t prefer to do only elevation as we believe the design of a project is to be done as a whole and the elevation cannot be seen separately.

Can we see some of your completed projects?
We would prefer to show the completed projects photographs and videos in our office to respect the client’s privacy. You can always visit the ongoing sites.
Where should we meet first?
We would prefer to meet you first in our office and then we visit the site.
Do you charge for your site visits?
Generally, we don’t charge for the visits agreed in the quote. Additional visits requested by the client will be charged.
How much do you charge for your services?
We will forward our offer after the initial meeting with the client.
What services do you offer?
All our services offered in the project period will be clearly mentioned in offer letter.
Do you need advance before starting designing?
Yes. Before site visit, the client will have to pay an advance depending on the size of the project.
Who will design our project?
Principal Architect, Ar. Ajith Jose is the authority in designing all the projects. He will assign somebody from the team to interact regularly with the client. Social media platform will be created with the client and he could communicate all doubts through it to get timely reply.
Whether you take up construction also?
We are basically architects and do not take up construction for the time being. Generally, we prefer to choose among few construction teams who could successfully complete projects without compromising design and structural standards.
